GO-TO-MARKET

How we build distribution.

We reach the market through two complementary channels. Since launching our commercial operations, we have worked closely with our sister company Honest Catch to introduce Oceanloop Giant Grouper to restaurants, retailers and private consumers in Germany and Austria. At the same time, we are open to build additional partnerships with leading seafood wholesalers and distributors across the DACH region as production volumes increase. Beyond DACH, we collaborate with established distribution partners throughout Europe and selected international markets to ensure efficient market access while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and logistics.

AVAILABILITY IN GERMANY

Honest Catch x Oceanloop

Honest Catch is Oceanloop’s sister company and was founded by Dr. Fabian Riedel. Based in Munich, the company specializes in the sourcing, marketing and distribution of premium seafood products across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Through its online shop, Honest Catch serves more than 20,000 private customers and offers a carefully curated portfolio of over 300 seafood products from selected producers around the world. In addition, the company supplies restaurants and food service customers as well as over retail partners in Germany and Austria.

As Oceanloop’s commercial partner for the DACH region, Honest Catch is responsible for bringing Oceanloop Giant Grouper to market, supplying both premium gastronomy and private consumers. This close collaboration enables Oceanloop to focus on the development and operation of its aquaculture technology, while Honest Catch manages sales, customer relationships and market development.
